About...

This series of graphite drawings, where founded years ago as an idea, and have grown since.
To me it as a meaning of belonging and Nostalgia based on the notion of self and of Nature and its misteries.

It started in 1997 when i was studying the german artist, David Casper Fredrich  (5 September 1774 – 7 May 1840) and his own studies, where i made some graphite drawings, using a magnifier and some long hours of patient detail.

...Now, after years without traveling this path of landscapes, i´m taking a journey back to it, and you are invited!
